My room was tastefully decorated and clean thanks to the efficient staff. The location couldn't be more absolutely perfect in the middle of the city. Also, it was 6 km from The Hungry Tree: )

Travelled with my children, spent 1 night here and had a very very good stay. Really enjoyed the superior double room with a bathtub next to the bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day...

Rooms are very small and they pretend it is possible to to put a baby bed but it's quite impossible. The price is much high for a room wich have a view on the parking and the road. The chamber is noisy because the church ringing all the night every 15 minutes !

Price was very high, but i figured that most hotels in Switzerland tend to be fairly expensive.

It was a modern design, easily accessible from the motorway, with a pleasant restaurant overlooking Lake Sursee and a beautifully kept garden. Breakfast was included and was excellent with a huge choice on offer, including swiss bircher muesli. We had a partial view of the lake from a balcony but also a view of the car park. It was possible to walk down to the a landing stage on the lake but not to walk along the lake. We walked up to the church where the views were lovely.
The village it was situated in was not very picturesque and it was the only hotel. Apart from this there was a supermarket and a few other things like hairdressers but no shops, the hotel was the main thing there. The food which was good steak and chips etc. was expensive for what it was by uk standards. The room was small and well equipped but again overall expensive.

Location was peaceful and within walking distance to a pretty town called Sempah. A 15 minute drive takes you to Lucern which is convenient . Rooms were a little on the small side but were newly designed and practical. Food was very good and plentiful and they provided gluten free rolls which were delicious.
It would have been nice to have air conditioning as it was hot , the fan did provide some relief. It was a little noisy if you opened the door to the patio,as the restaurant was directly below, with seating outside.
